Residences at Park Hyatt
The new 2 and 3 bedroom Residences at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek are inside Park Hyatt Hotel in the heart of Beaver Creek Resort. Featuring a private entry and reception area for guests, these residences range from 1400 to 1600 s.f and feature custom furnishings in classic mountain fabrics and European artisan details. Wooden floors, granite and marble slab, and stone flooring, a custom gas fireplace and a Kohler grand single bowl farmhouse sink in the kitchen are some special touches to be found. Enjoy all amenities of the Park Hyatt, including Dial-a Ride service, ski storage and ski valet service, underground parking, hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool, and access to the newly enhanced Allegria Spa and Fitness Center.Please note that the Residences at Park Hyatt is an interval ownership property. The dates available are released in one week intervals from Saturday to Saturday. Stays that fall within that pattern will have a greater likelihood of availability. Dates that cross over from one week to another are not likely to be available.

Please note that until July 3, 2009, the 3-bedroom Hyatt Residence master bedroom windows will be impacted by scaffolding and covered by a light fabric sheath that allows light through. Due to this inconvenience, the 3-bedroom residences will be discounted 10%. Project completion date is subject to change.
