Check in Instructions:  Check in on-site at Poste Montane Lodge, 76 Avondale Road in Beaver Creek. The Front Desk is open from 7am to 10pm.
Policies
Deposits : A deposit of 25% of the total vacation cost is due at time of booking.
Balance Due : Balance of total vacation cost is due 10 days prior to arrival for summer bookings, 30 day prior to arrival for winter bookings, or by October 15 for holiday bookings.
Forms of Payment : Cash, personal/travel agent check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), or money order accepted for advance deposits and final payments.

Cancellations
A $100 fee or 20% of the deposit, whichever is greater, will be charged on cancellations made more than 10 days prior to arrival during the summer, and 30 days during the winter. Cancellations made less than 10 days during the summer and less than 30 days during the winter will be charged the total vacation cost. For holiday bookings, 20% of the first deposit will be charged on cancellations made prior to October 15. The total vacation cost will be charged on cancellations made after October 15.
Poste Montane Lodge is a non-smoking property. Pets are not permitted in Beaver Creek Resort or at Poste Montane Lodge.
