Booking with East West Resorts
Payment Policies - Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch Rental Properties
Deposit and Cancellation Policy Deposit: When you book with East West Resorts, 25% of the total vacation cost is due within 10 days of verbal booking. East West Resorts shall hold all advance deposits in a non-segregated escrow account and shall not be required to pay interest on any returned funds.
Final payment: Due 14 days prior to arrival for all summer bookings and by October 15 for all holiday bookings. For all other bookings, final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations : 20% of the deposit will be forfeited on cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival during the winter, more than 14 days prior to arrival during the summer, and prior to October 15 for all holiday bookings. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to arrival during the winter and fewer than 14 days prior to arrival during the summer will forfeit the total vacation cost. For all holiday bookings, the total vacation cost will be forfeited on cancellations made after October 15th.
Pet Policy: Per Beaver Creek Resort Regulations, no pets are allowed in the Resort.
SMOKING POLICY: No smoking is allowed in any East West Resorts property. There is a $500 cleaning fee if this policy is not followed.
