The Kiva is conveniently located in upper Beaver Creek village and features its own private ski-way that provides easy ski-in, ski-out access to Beaver Creek Mountain. The Kiva consists mainly of 2 and 3 bedroom condos, privately tucked away on the Eastern side of Beaver Creek in the Highlands area, boasting views of the ski hills, the village, and down valley. The property has a large, year-round pool and patio area with 2 hot tubs, many lounge chairs, a large pool, BBQ grills, steam & sauna, and private changing area.

Guests staying at the Kiva can enjoy on-site check in and front desk, a private ski locker room, wireless internet, and recently upgraded common areas. Check in time is 5:00 p.m. Please check in at the Kiva Front desk where you will be assigned a parking spot and directed to your condominium. A credit card imprint will be taken at check in for a security deposit and incidental charges. For arrivals after office hours, a key packet will be left for you in the lower main entrance to the Kiva. Please contact the Front Desk prior to your arrival at 970.949.5474 for the combination to the Lock Box.

Check out time is 10:00 a.m. Please check out at the KIVA front desk. If checking out before office hours, please call the front desk to arrange check out.
Policies
The Kiva Condominiums Rental Policies
Payment Policies - When you book with East West Resorts, 25% of the total vacation cost is due within 10 days of verbal booking. East West Resorts shall hold all advance deposits in a non-segregated escrow account and shall not be required to pay interest on any returned funds.

Balance Due - Non on-line bookings Balance of total vacation cost is due 14 days prior to arrival for summer bookings, 30 days prior to arrival for ski season bookings, or by October 15 for holiday bookings.

Cancellation Policy - 5% of reservation cost will be charged on cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival during the winter, and 14 days during the summer. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival in the winter and less than 14 days prior to arrival in the summer, will be charged the total vacation cost. For holiday bookings, 5% of the total reservation cost will be charged on cancellations made prior to October 15, and the total vacation cost charged on cancellations made after October 15.

Pet Policy - No pets are allowed in rental properties in Beaver Creek or Bachelor Gulch Village. This is mandated by the ski resort.

Smoking is not permitted in East West Resorts' rental properties.
