4-Eagle Ranch

Take a breathtaking gondola ride to Vail Mountain's Adventure Ridge. Back Country Jeep and Hummer Tours

Colorado Ski Museum

Fly Fishing
Some of the best trout in the nation! Learn to fish or perfect your skills with a fully-licensed and insured guide. Fish all day or half of the day in the wondrous waters of Colorado! Join in Gore Creek Fly Fisherman's free casting clinics everyday at 10:30am at the base of the Centennial Lift in Beaver Creek.

Hot Air Ballooning
Experience the thrills and views while flying over the Valley in a hot air balloon. Tours include transportation, champagne, certificate, and ceremony. Rafting
As the snows of winter melt off the surrounding mountains, the valleys below fill with one of the most popular activities offered in the Colorado High Country - whitewater rafting! Beginning in late April, local outfitters run the Eagle, Colorado, and Arkansas Rivers, offering thrill seekers a chance to splash through rippling big rapids!

Rock Climbing
Challenge yourself with an adventure that goes beyond everyday activities. Get a true Rocky Mountain experience on a guided climb with instruction from a seasoned professional. Great for beginners, aged 12 and up, to the most experienced climbers.

Tennis
The Beaver Creek Tennis Center is open June 1st - Sept. 15th and offers five clay and two hard courts as well as spectacular views of the mountain. A great place to improve your game or just have fun with the family; private lessons available. To reserve a court time, call (970)754-5781.

Zipline Adventure
Soar at 30mph 100-200 ft above the floor of a Canyon on ziplines that extend from 150 to 1,000 feet! Or, extend the action and dare to challenge yourself on the high adventure ropes course.

Childrens' Activities 

Beaver Creek Kids Camp
Monday- Friday kids can enjoy horseback riding, rafting, indoor rock climbing, hummer tours and more. Open Weekdays 9am-4:30pm. Call (970) 845-5464 for more information. Reservations are required.

Small World Play School (ages 3 months - 5 years): Located in Beaver Creek Village, day care service is offered for children. Camp-type activities are offered for ages 2-5, such as arts & crafts and outside play. Lunch and snacks provided. Reservations are required. (970) 745-5325

Discovery Camp (ages 5-7): Activities geared toward our younger campers include arts and crafts, face painting, pony rides, playing in the park, panning for gold, children's theater, sports and field trips to magical places like the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, Spruce Saddle, and the Matawin Teepee Village.

Adventure Camp (ages 8-13): For your older ones, Adventure Camp offers canoeing, cave exploration, archery, rock climbing, swimming, mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, go-carting, and a trip to the Matawin Teepee Village.  Ask about special evening activities like Rodeo Nights and Beaver Creek Movie Nights.

5 Star Camp (ages 5-13 some age restrictions): Full day field trips including horseback riding, rock climbing, river rafting, jeep tours, and more! A one-of-a-kind camp experience. 

Beaver Creek Children’s Museum This indoor activity center includes interactive and educational exhibits, making learning fun for children and parents alike! The Children's Museum is open Wednesday through Sunday from late June through Labor Day from 12-4pm and is located next to the Hiking Center in Beaver Creek Village.

Beaver Creek Children’s Theatre Specializing in animating children’s literature, poetry, fractured fairy tales and folk tales from around the world. Come see the free shows at the Beaver Creek plaza Wednesday - Friday mornings at 11:00am.

Beaver Creek Ice Skating Rink
Located in the center of the Beaver Creek Village. Open daily from 6pm-10pm.

Beaver Creek Stables
Experience Beaver Creek on horseback. Go on a guided horseback ride through deer and elk country, while enjoying the breathtaking panoramic views of Colorado’s Rocky Mountains. For children ages 7 and older. Choose a 1 or 2 hour tour or enjoy a 3 hour picnic ride. Open Daily from 9:00 am-5:00 pm June 1  - October 1.   For more information call Beaver Creek Stables at (970) 845-7770

Bungee Trampoline and Climbing Wall
Jump as high as you can, do flips, go crazy, and then challenge your strength on the climbing wall! Open daily 9:00am-5:00pm May 29th-mid September. For more information, please call (970) 845-7531.

Family Movie Night
The Vilar Center for the Performing Arts hosts FREE Family Movie Nights. Come enjoy some of Walt Disney’s, Disney/Pixar’s, and Warner Bros. most recent releases with the whole family. Other movie theaters are the Riverwalk Theatre in Edwards and the Capitol Theatre in Eagle.  Call 970-476-5661 for information on what's playing. Also, look for outdoor screenings hosted by the Town of Avon during the summer.

Miniature Golf
Have fun with the family while playing a round of Miniature Golf at the base of Beaver Creek. Conveniently located at the base of the Centennial Chairlift and opened daily 9am-dark May 29th - mid September. For more information, please call (970) 845-7531.

Playgrounds
Located in Beaver Creek. Visit the Park Hyatt for a slope-side playground area, or head down to the play area located behind the Villa Montane on Avondale Avenue.
