Beaver Creek Loves Kids
BEAVER cREEK LOVES kIDS
THURSDAY NIGHT LIGHTS SKI DOWN
Join in on a complimentary guest ski-down each Thursday night throughout the season. Families board the Buckaroo Express Gondola and then ski down with guides, carrying special glow sticks. A fireworks display on the mountain follows. Families must register and complete a waiver at the Beaver Creek Children's Ski and Snowboard Center. Adults and children must be able to ski or snowboard at level 5 (intermediate) or better and have their own ski or snowboard equipment. DISCO SKATE NIGHT
Enjoy great music and ice skating with surprise visits from Winter Characters. Disco skating is on select Mondays throughout the season. Time: 6:00pm
RAIL JAM PLAYGROUND
Kids can come test their skills on a few rails. Instructors are on hand to help guide the children through the various features. The rails are located in front of McCoy's Cafe, near the base of Centennial Express Chairlift #6. This occurs on select Wednesdays through the season. Time: 4:00pm
FRIDAY AFTERNOON CLUB
This after skiing activity for families includes activities with the Beaver Creek Ski Patrol and Avalanche Dogs. They teach you about safety, play games and even let you launch an avalanche grenade. Located just at the base of the mountain with drink and food specials at McCoy's, the adults can sip on a cocktail and watch their kids play. Time: 4:00pm to 5:30pm
SATURDAY FAMILY FUNFEST
Right in the heart of Beaver Creek Plaza this event includes music, food, games and more. Time: 4:00pm to 5:30pm
