Beaver Creek Landing is a new luxurious mini-resort at the base of the high speed quad lift, Lower Beaver Creek Express. On-mountain condominiums are ski-in and ski-out to the Beaver Creek Landing lift, and feature gas fireplaces in every unit, granite countertops in kitchens, air conditioning, wireless internet, and private underground parking. Enjoy the year-round outdoor pool and hot tubs, fire pit, and fitness facility. An on-site front desk and lobby with fireplace are a perfect place to gather. A full ski room with boot dryers complete the ease of the ski in and ski out access.

Policies
Beaver Creek Landing Rental Policies
Payment Policies - When you book with East West Resorts, 25% of the total vacation cost is due within 10 days of verbal booking. East West Resorts shall hold all advance deposits in a non-segregated escrow account and shall not be required to pay interest on any returned funds.

Balance Due - Non on-line bookings Balance of total vacation cost is due 14 days prior to arrival for summer bookings, 30 days prior to arrival for ski season bookings, or by October 15 for holiday bookings.

Cancellation Policy - 5% of reservation cost will be charged on cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival during the winter, and 14 days during the summer. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival in the winter and less than 14 days prior to arrival in the summer, will be charged the total vacation cost. For holiday bookings, 5% of the total reservation cost will be charged on cancellations made prior to October 15, and the total vacation cost charged on cancellations made after October 15.

Pet Policy - No pets are allowed in rental properties in Beaver Creek or Bachelor Gulch Village. This is mandated by the ski resort.

Smoking is not permitted in East West Resorts' rental properties.
