Assistant General Manager at Falcon Point. The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to administrative operation of the resort together with the General Manager, supervision of the day to day operation, owner services, rentals, to comply with applicable rules and regulation of the Condominium Association. The Assistant General Manager at Falcon Point is also responsible for managing and supervising the Front Desk staff, scheduling, training and coaching as well as managing the guest activities at the resort. Additional responsibilities also include the timeshare resale program..
The ideal candidate is career oriented and possesses excellent customer services, communication and computer skills, highly organized and self motivated. Previous management and hospitality experience is strongly recommended. This candidate should also be interested in getting their Colorado Real Estate License.

Human Resources Generalist / Trainer
Responsible for greeting and assisting individuals applying for positions with The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa. Answers questions and responds to inquiries from associates and managers regarding their employment with The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, its policies and procedures, as well as benefits. Inputs and files applications, associate paperwork and benefits. Responsible for the physical maintenance of associate files. Investigates and resolves employee issues, complaints, and inquiries in conjunction with the Director of HR. Works together with the Director of HR and managers in recruiting domestic and international staff for the Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa. Bachelor’s Degree required; or one year related experience and / or training in most or all of the above functions; or equivalent combination of education and experience. General Human Resources experience in an upscale, luxury lodging property strongly preferred. Guest service and office administrative experience strongly preferred. Prior experience in group facilitation and training a plus.

Supervises four accounting staff members and reports directly to the VP of Operations, Vail Valley. Must have excellent communication skills, supervisory experience, Accounting Degree or suitable industry experience, CPA preferred.
